Q: What are you doing in response to COVID-19? ***UPDATED 6/8/21***
A: Each room is sanitized between groups, including the props. Hand sanitizer is made available within the room. Face masks are not required for Indiana bookings but are still encouraged. We also offer disposable gloves at request. Clockwork Mobile Escape Rooms will always follow all local, state and federal health and safety regulations.

Q: How long can I book the room for?
A: Our mobile escape rooms can be booked for as long as you need. We generally start each booking with 2 hours; you can add on hours if you have a longer event.

Q: How many people can be in the room at a time?
A: Depending on the mobile unit we recommend no more then 6-8 players at a time.

Q: Am I locked in?
A: Some of our games do feature an exterior door lock. If you need to exit the room prior to completion, there is an emergency door override button next to the door. Not all of our games will have the door locked. We can leave the door open if a customer requests it.

Q: Am I limited in the amount of people who can play during the booking?
A: No, when you reserve us for a time slot we will take as many groups as we can. We do not cap off at a certain point.

Q: How long are your rooms/games?
A: Each mobile game is only 10 mins long. Some of our games feature multiple difficulty levels you can play as well. We run shorter games so you can have multiple groups play and not take away from your event.

Q: Do I have to sign a waiver?
A: Depending on the event, you may be asked to sign a paper waver at the event. Not all of our events or bookings require it.

Q: Can I charge players at my event a ticket cost?
A: Yes, we have done events were the event host sold tickets to the escape room. Please call us if you have further questions. (219) 323-2211

Q: Do you require a down payment?
A: Yes, half of the total quote is due to reserve your time slot. We will collect the rest when we arrive.

Q: How long does it take you to set up, and will this come out of the paid for time?
A: It takes us about 30 mins to set up. We arrive early so this does not effect your time slot.

Q: Can you stay longer once on site?
A: Yes, as long as we don't have another booking this isn't an issue. We will discuss this with you during the initial reservation.

Q: Is it scary?
A: Our games are not designed to scare you. Most of our games are heavily themed but do not feature jump scares or anything that's designed to scare our guests.

Q: Do you offer any other services?
A: YES! We will be offering Mobile Axe Throwing in July 2020!

Q: How old must you be to play the game?
A: Our games are designed to be any age friendly. For our younger guests we require a parent/guardian be present during the game. Our friendly game masters will help the little guys if they struggle.

Q: Do you bring your own power supply?
A: No, we do require access to one of your house outlets via extension cord.
​
Q: What is my event has bad weather?
A: Our Mobile Rooms are completely enclosed. No rain or wind will affect your game!
